ACCHOs are the most effective model of primary health care delivery for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities — comprehensive, culturally safe, community-governed, and holistic in their approach to social and emotional wellbeing. Aboriginal health must be in Aboriginal hands. Percova's role in ACCHO contexts is explicitly supportive, not directive.
Our First Nations Health & Engagement module encodes data sovereignty requirements, SEWB outcome frameworks, UNDRIP-consistent engagement principles, and cultural safety protocols. Our system includes mandatory human review checkpoints that flag where community consultation, Elders' involvement, or community-controlled governance processes must take precedence over any analytical output.
